I had to design custom rigging hardware to hoist the 150 lb turbine to the top and drop it onto the top of the 5 inch tower pole. The green rope on the right holds the turbine tail steady so that an unexpected gust of wind doesn't suddenly spin the turbine around and knock me off the ladder.
